As an independent escrow company, Tradewinds Escrow, Inc., its officers and employees are regulated by the California Department of Corporations (D.O.C.), which assures our clients of a certified professional who has been finger printed and background checked by the California Department of Justice.

Independent escrow companies are the only escrow providers that are licensed by the State of California. Escrow managers must have a minimum of five years verifiable experience as an escrow officer.

And only the independent escrow companies undergo procedure audits regularly by the D.O.C. without prior notice, and must be audited by a CPA at least once each fiscal year.
